Harper's Young People is an illustrated weekly publication for children that includes short stories, tales from history, natural history, poetry, puzzles, and other entertainment. This 43rd issue of the serial was published on August 24th, 1880. In this issue, the story of "The Moral Pirates" continues with more drama as the Whitewing breaks loose leaving the boys stranded on an island with dwindling food supplies.
