The Lost Continent

"The Lost Continent" by Charles John Cutcliffe Wright Hyne is a fantasy novel published in 1899. This classic retelling of Atlantis combines Plato's legendary account with Greek mythology about humanity's survival of a great flood. Told through a framing device, the story follows Deucalion, a warrior-priest of ancient Atlantis, as he fights to save his civilization from destruction at the hands of the avaricious Empress Phorenice.
